  • How do I check my Gift Card balance?

    To see the balance on your physical or digital gift card, see here.

  • I haven’t received my confirmation email

    Your confirmation email will have come from shop@hawksmoornyc.com please check your spam or junk folder.

    If you cannot find your email, please contact shop@hawksmoornyc.com with the name on your delivery, email address, address and date of purchase so we can resend your confirmation email.

  • I would like to cancel my order

    Digital gift cards are non-refundable. For any other inquiries please reach out to shop@hawksmoornyc.com directly.

  • How to place an order

    1. Choose your desired item
    2. Add to Basket
    3. Check your items, review costs and click proceed to checkout
    4. Enter in your contact and payment details to complete the transaction
  • Returns

    On the very rare occasion goods are deemed faulty, we will happily offer a replacement upon the return of the items in question. Please contact us at shop@hawksmoornyc.com within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the product.

    We may require the return or photographic documentation of any product or packaging which you are dissatisfied with for our records, which we will notify you of via email. If we choose to provide a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
